• Many scientific researches in the field of Food science technology and human nutrition were carried out and published in scientific journals and conferences. • Scholarship to France academic of science (INRA – Nantes - France) to study the degree of Ph.D. from 1999 to 2004. • Scholarships to France academic of science (La Rochelle University), 3 post-doc from 2010 to 2012. • Supervisor on many M.Sc. and Ph.D. thesis on postgraduate students, as well as specific education in Faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University and College of Agriculture Veterinary Medicine, Qassim University. • Participate in many International and National conferences and most of scientific meeting. • Member of executive committee for preparation of scientific conferences in faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University and faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University. • Participate in development of some courses for under and post graduate students in food science department, faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University. • Implementation member in formation and communication technology unit, faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University. • Implementation member in quality assurance center faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University. • Vice-head of Faculty and Leadership Development Center, Zagazig University. • Implementation member in open learning center, Zagazig University. • Head of open learning unite, Faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University. • Arbitrator in the Standing Scientific Committee for the Promotion of Professors and Assistant Professors specializing in food and dairy industries.
